Credit policy

If we issue a GO and you proceed to EIC Submit-Ready within 30 days, the €1,200 Diagnostic Sprint fee is credited toward the Stage 1 package.

• Evidence gap analysis (what is missing and why it matters)

Inputs required from you

Existing deck/website (if any), short product description, team overview, and any validation/proof you have.

Outcome

Stage 1 submission assets that are reviewer-ready and easy to understand.

Deliverables

• Stage 1 narrative for the short application form
• Pitch deck content aligned with evaluator logic (storyline/structure)
• Video pack: script + Video Clarity Lab post-production (noise reduction, levelling, clarity enhancement, basic edit)
• Coherence Check (Stage 1): alignment across form, deck and video (claims, evidence, numbers, messaging)
• Final QA pass + up to 2 revision rounds

Technical description, validation proof (tests, pilots, users), market context, competitors, team bios.

Outcome

A full proposal package built to investor-grade clarity and reviewer confidence.

Deliverables

• Stage 2 full proposal, including the required financial information/plan
• Coherence Check: alignment of numbers, risks, work plan, and narrative across the entire package
• Final QA pass + up to 2 revision rounds

Activation rule

Stage 2 work starts only if you are invited to submit Stage 2 after passing Stage 1. Success fee is agreed upfront, case-by-case.
